The frequency of our sessions is crucial! For those encountering challenges, weekly sessions may be most beneficial. If you're feeling stable but require support, biweekly meetings could suit you. Thriving but seeking guidance? Monthly or bimonthly sessions might be the ideal cadence. We will customize the approach together.
Everyone's journey is different, and the length of therapy depends on your individual needs and goals. However, many people start to see positive changes within a few weeks or months.
The duration of therapy can range from 6 months for short-term support to over a year for longer-term care. Regular check-ins every 3-4 months help ensure you make optimal progress.
