At E-MOTIVE Counseling, I work with a special group of individuals I call the "givers." Givers are the heartbeat of their communities, whether they’re creatives pouring their soul into art, healthcare professionals providing tireless care, or empaths who deeply feel and respond to the needs of others.
You thrive on imagination and innovation but may feel overwhelmed when inspiration fades or self-doubt creeps in.

Sleep is the foundation for your mental health and overall well-being. In this phase, we focus on improving sleep using Behavioral Sleep Medicine techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).
Key Outcomes:
This phase can take 4-6 sessions over 1-2 months on a weekly to bi-weekly basis.
If sleep is not your primary issue, we’ll tailor the therapy plan to address your immediate needs, seamlessly transitioning into Phase Two.
Once your sleep is on track, we dive deeper into your mental health needs using:
