A powerful, body-based therapy for releasing stuck trauma, stress, and emotion—without needing to talk it all out.
you may start to notice something else rising up:
The anxiety. The grief. The irritability. The pressure to keep it all together.
Or maybe… the numbness.
That’s because once you’re out of survival mode, your body starts to bring forward what it’s been holding back.
That’s where Brainspotting comes in.
Brainspotting is a gentle, body-aware therapy that helps you access and release stored emotional and physical pain—without needing to talk through every detail.
It’s grounded in neuroscience and rooted in the belief that:
“Where you look affects how you feel.” - David Grand
Using eye position and focused attention, Brainspotting allows us to identify and process what’s stuck in the subcortical brain—the part responsible for trauma, anxiety, and unconscious patterns. This bypasses overthinking and helps the body do what it’s naturally wired to do: heal.
Many clients start Brainspotting once they’re more rested and ready to explore what’s been hiding under the stress.
Brainspotting is especially powerful if you’ve done traditional talk therapy and feel like there’s still something unresolved beneath the surface.
Brainspotting sessions are 50 minutes, typically following sleep therapy—or when emotional processing becomes a natural next step.
We’ll work in a calm, focused space—virtually—with a mix of:
Some sessions are quiet. Some are emotional. Some shift something big in just one session.
Every session meets you exactly where you are.
“Surprisingly powerful.”
“Like something finally clicked.”
“More effective than talk therapy—and I didn’t even expect it.”
“A safe space to be in my body without judgment.”
You don’t need to explain everything.
You don’t need to perform.
You just need space to let your body lead—and I’ll be right there with you.

I’m a self-pay provider, which means we can work together without limitations on your care. Many clients receive out-of-network reimbursement using a superbill, which I’m happy to provide. No packages. No pressure. Just steady, personalized support for wherever you are in the healing process.
Each session offers a calm, focused space to gently explore what your body is ready to release.
We’ll use eye position, body awareness, and moment-to-moment tracking to help you process stored emotional or physical stress—without needing to explain everything. Sessions are guided by your pace and what naturally arises.
Held virtually for adults in North Carolina and South Carolina. Offered based on your goals and nervous system readiness.
I do not work with couples, children, teens, or crisis cases (including active suicidal ideation or situations requiring emergency psychiatric support). I’ll always refer you to someone who can hold that safely.

They’re both brain-based, but Brainspotting is more intuitive and less scripted. It allows for deeper tracking of what your body and brain need to release.
Nope. We’ll work with whatever’s present for you—without forcing anything. You lead. I guide. We go at your pace.
Absolutely—but if your sleep is disrupted, I often recommend starting there. When your body is more rested, Brainspotting tends to go deeper and feel more manageable.
If you’ve been doing the work but still feel stuck, Brainspotting may be the shift you’ve been waiting for.
You don’t have to carry it alone anymore.
