I’m Rayni Collins, a Sleep Therapist and Mental Health Counselor specializing in helping Givers—those who devote their lives to caring for others, whether through creativity, healthcare, or caregiving. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I bring a unique blend of expertise in Behavioral Sleep Medicine, Brainspotting, and Dance/Movement Therapy. As a creative and Giver myself, I know firsthand the toll giving can take and how essential it is to prioritize self-care.
I’ve worked with countless individuals to overcome stress, burnout, and emotional fatigue by integrating holistic, body-centered approaches that create lasting change. My passion lies in empowering those who give so much to others to reconnect with their own needs, find balance, and reignite their energy and joy.
The Power of the Pause: A Self-Care Workshop for Givers has been approved by NBCC for NBCC credit. Rayni Collins, LPC-S, LCMHCS, BC-DMT is solely responsible for all aspects of the program. NBCC Approval No. SP-4999.
Credit + Gratitude: The Power of the Pause would not exist without the insight and inspiration of Virginia Hill, LCMHC, BC-DMT, CRC. Virginia was the first to introduce me to Brainspotting and served as my training consultant. She was also the one who recognized the powerful crossover between Brainspotting and Authentic Movement—planting the seed that grew into this workshop. I’m deeply grateful for her guidance, brilliance, and belief in this work.
