About Your Workshop Host

Sleep Therapist and Renewal Guide

I’m Rayni Collins, a Sleep Therapist and Mental Health Counselor specializing in helping Givers—those who devote their lives to caring for others, whether through creativity, healthcare, or caregiving. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I bring a unique blend of expertise in Behavioral Sleep Medicine, Brainspotting, and Dance/Movement Therapy. As a creative and caregiver myself, I know firsthand the toll giving can take and how essential it is to prioritize self-care.

I’ve worked with countless individuals to overcome stress, burnout, and emotional fatigue by integrating holistic, body-centered approaches that create lasting change. My passion lies in empowering those who give so much to others to reconnect with their own needs, find balance, and reignite their energy and joy.
