We start by building a foundation of restorative sleep using Behavioral Sleep Medicine and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). Sleep is the cornerstone of your mental and physical health, and improving it allows us to unlock your full potential.

Phase One (sleep) typically takes 4-6 sessions. Phase Two (mental health) can range from 3 months to a year, depending on your goals.
