Also, sleep hygiene is for prevention of insomnia, it does not cure it so it probably has not and will not work for you. Art of Rest consulting offer a personalized approach using CBT-I, DMT, and mindfulness techniques to understand the root causes of your insomnia and create a sleep routine that fits your unique rhythm.
