My Approach: A Two-Phase Path to Renewal

We start by building a foundation of restorative sleep using Behavioral Sleep Medicine and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). Sleep is the cornerstone of your mental and physical health, and improving it allows us to unlock your full potential.



Outcomes:

  • Reduced feelings of fatigue and irritability.
  • A stronger base for addressing deeper challenges.




If sleep isn’t your primary concern, we’ll transition directly to Phase Two.

Once sleep is on track, we focus on deeper emotional and mental health needs. My approach includes:


  • Brainspotting: Release emotional and physical stress stored in the body.
  • Dance/Movement Therapy: Use movement to reconnect with yourself and process emotions.
  • Person-Centered Therapy: Explore your thoughts and feelings in a compassionate, judgment-free space.

  • Reduced anxiety and depression symptoms.

Phase One (sleep) typically takes 4-6 sessions. Phase Two (mental health) can range from 3 months to a year, depending on your goals.
