We explore all of many things that you have tried for your insomnia and uncover why they did not work. Then, we will tweak some of the things you tried before then add new strategies towards getting better sleep.
Will changes happen overnight? No. If they had, you would have figured it out on your own by now.
What was missing before was a therapist to individually tailor a sleep training plan towards better sleep based on your biology, circadian rhythms, and lifestyle.

When will you have the TIME? Resources such as money are renewable. Time is not. There is no time like NOW to start getting better sleep.
You are worth the try! Give it at least 4-6 sessions to see gradual results. Trying everything else has not helped, so why not try one more?
I know you may not believe it yet so I will hold that hope for you. Try it for 4-6 sessions to find out that you can get better. Can you afford to miss any more chances for better sleep and a better life?
